Hawks Soar With AP World History Scores
The hard work and dedication of Hillcrest High School AP World History students did not go unnoticed this year! Out of 321,028 students globally, only nine percent of students receive a five (the highest score) on the test. In fact, the average score globally is only 2.76.

This wasn't the case for Hillcrest student Kamira Payne. Payne not only took the test as a sophomore, but scored a five!

Payne's classmates also did will on their AP test with three of her peers scoring a three. When students score a three or higher on their AP test they become eligible for college credit at most colleges and universities. Congratulations to Raeshell Leek, Luis Ortiz, and Tierra Rice!

These students are a part of the 28 percent of students globally who passed their AP World History Exam. We are so proud!
