Mrs. Mulcahy & Ms. Scaramella's psychology students recently had the exciting opportunity to visit the Museum of Illusions in Chicago! During the trip, students explored interactive exhibits that challenged their understanding of perception, attention, and problem-solving, bringing many of the psychological concepts we discuss in class to life.
The experience encouraged curiosity, critical thinking, and lots of great discussion about how our brains interpret the world around us. We’re proud of our students for representing our school so well and grateful for opportunities that make learning both meaningful and memorable. #hillcresthawkpride

Mr. Ramel’s Personal Finance classes recently took learning beyond the classroom with a Financial Field Trip to Bremen High School! 💰📚
Sponsored by Junior Achievement, students participated in an interactive simulation where they first selected a career and salary, then visited various stations to make real-world financial decisions — including housing, transportation, clothing, entertainment, and more — all while staying within their budget.
This hands-on experience showed students that no matter how much money you earn, budgeting is a key life skill for financial success.
A huge thank you to Junior Achievement for organizing such a meaningful simulation and to Bremen High School for hosting this year’s event! 👏
